How may I get a refund for my tickets?

For shows that have been CANCELLED, ENMAX Centre will provide refunds for all tickets in the same method for which they were purchased. If you purchased using a CREDIT CARD this refund will occur automatically. This may take 10-14 days from the time of cancellation. 

I purchased my tickets with Cash or Debit, how do I get my refund?

For CASH & DEBIT transactions you will receive your refund via cheque, which will be mailed to the address on your file. Cheques should arrive within 2-3 weeks from the time of cancellation. For questions on refunds please call 403-329-7328 or email ticketinfo@lethbridge.ca

Is the Box Office open?

The Ticket Centre hours are 10:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday at both ENMAX Centre and Yates Theatre. You can visit either Ticket Centre, phone at 403-329-7328 or email us at ticketinfo@lethbridge.ca.  

 

What is the status of an event?

ENMAX Centre

ZZ Top has been postponed (NEW NEW Date: Weds. Apr. 27, 2022).

Home Free: Dive Bar Saints has been postponed (NEW NEW Date: Fri. Apr. 29, 2022).

 

Yates Memorial Theatre

Johnny Cash Now has been rescheduled  (NEW NEW Date: Sun. Apr. 10, 2022).

Relive the Music has been postponed (NEW NEW Date: Tues. Apr. 12, 2022).

Hotel California has been postponed (NEW NEW Date: Tues. Apr. 26, 2022).

Potted Potter has been postponed (NEW NEW Dates: Oct. 1 & 2, 2022).

 

NOTE: If you purchased tickets and your event postpones, hold onto your original tickets as they will be honoured for the new date unless otherwise specified.

Updates on other ENMAX Centre & Yates Theatre events will be provided as information becomes available.

We will communicate additional information including our ticket policy for events, directly to impacted patrons as details become available.
